As the sister company to Timeline Printing, Troi Mailing Services is a trusted, established and service-oriented mail and lettershop provider. We share the same location as a one stop shop in order to meet our Clients’ print and mail needs.

Troi was incorporated in 1992 and has achieved “Smartmail Marketing Expert Partner” status with Canada Post as of August 2012. This designation recognizes Troi Mailing Services as a leader in its industry, and is exclusive to only 35 other mailing facilities in Canada.

We work with you every step of the way, from initial planning through continuous progress updates and finally with completion details once your mailing project is finished. Daily production meetings are held each morning with account representatives and production staff.

During this meeting, the current day’s production is discussed along with projects that are coming in over the next week. This ensures production is staffed appropriately and in turn allows us the flexibility to accommodate our Clients’ projects accordingly.
